Client Loyalty Bonus Scheme

As a practice, we very much appreciate the loyal support of our registered regular first opinion clients and this scheme is designed to offer a small reward should they have the misfortune to own a horse that requires a stay as an in-patient at the Hospital.  This is known as our Client Loyalty Bonus scheme, or CLB. The scheme is quite straightforward and, providing the first opinion client meets certain criteria, they will be rewarded with a voucher equivalent in value to 5% of the diagnostic and treatment elements of an in-patient’s Hospital stay, which they can use against future veterinary bills.

As always in life, nothing is every quite straightforward and “terms and conditions” apply.  The award of a client loyalty bonus is at the discretion of the Partners but for a client to be eligible the following “boxes need to be ticked.”

1.         be registered as a first opinion client for over twelve months;

2.         use our practice as their regular supplier of first opinion healthcare and in particular use us to provide all vaccinations and dental work;

3.         have a good credit record with us;

4.         have paid, on time, the bills for which a CLB is being claimed.

Unfortunately, we cannot offer a CLB to those clients whose horses undergo a “fixed fee” procedure, such as our MRI package, our AI package or our castration package.  The livery and nursing element of the hospitalisation bill is not included in the calculation of the CLB, as this element is already calculated to be charged only at the break-even point.

The CLB voucher will be issued after the invoice has been settled within the terms of our business and may be used against future bills, for that named client, for treatment or medicines. Unfortunately, it cannot be used towards the settlement of earlier invoices, nor does it have any cash redemption value.

We very much appreciate the continuing support of our loyal first opinion clientele and this is our way of saying “thank you.”
