An opportunity has arisen to join the yard nursing team at our Hospital, currently undergoing a major rebuild, which has stabling for 50 in-patients and which caters for all types of horse from racehorses to ponies.
We seek an experienced candidate with a proven record of excellent horse care, most probably gained in a competition yard, and who is conscientious, thorough and keen to learn nursing skills, for which full training will be given. No previous nursing experience necessary but extremely good stable management skills are required, at least to BHS Stage 3.
You will be joining a large, friendly team who take great pride in providing the only true 24/7 nursing care in an equine hospital in this country. We offer an above average package including paid holiday; private health care, a bonus scheme and some overtime. Shared accommodation can be available, if required.
